Mercato cycliste - L'espoir britannique Finlay Pickering passe de Bahrain-Victorious à Jayco AlUla

Pickering, 22 ans, roulait ces deux dernières saisons pour Bahrain-Victorious. Il sera désormais équipier d'Amaury Capiot et Dries De Bondt chez Jayco AlUla.

Le jeune grimpeur a participé cette année à son premier grand Tour terminant 29e de la Vuelta. Il s'est aussi classé 13e du Tour de Suisse et a remporté le classement de la montagne du Tour des Alpes. En 2022, il a remporté le Tour d'Alsace chez les espoirs devant Lennert Van Eetvelt.

Nicky Hayen (Club Brugge), Vincent Kompany (Bayern München) en Sébastien Pocognoli (Union/Monaco) zijn de drie gegadigden voor de Trofee Raymond Goethals van 2025. Dat maakte de jury van de organisatie maandag bekend. De drie kregen de meeste stemmen bij de eerste stemronde.

De beloftevolle Engelse klimmer Finlay Pickering zet zijn wielercarrière verder bij Jayco AlUla. Het Australische WorldTeam bevestigt zijn komst maandag.

Diables Rouges - Sclessin sera comble pour pousser les Diables Rouges vers la qualification au Mondial
