EK triatlon - Jolien Vermeylen slaagt er net niet in Europese titel te verlengen in Tarragona

Op de sprintafstand mag Vermeylen zich nog altijd Europees kampioene noemen. Die titel veroverde ze eind juli in het Spaanse Melilla. Het volgende EK sprint vindt op 31 juli en 1 augustus in het Poolse Elblag plaats.

Jana Van Lent a amélioré samedi son record de Belgique du 5 kilomètres sur route. La coureuse de fond de l'Excelsior a couvert la distance en 14:36 à Nieuwegein, aux Pays-Bas. Elle améliore de 12 secondes la marque établie le 14 février au Maroc (14:48).

Jana Van Lent scherpt Belgische record vijf kilometer op de weg aan

Jana Van Lent (RESC) heeft zaterdag haar Belgische record op de vijf kilometer op de weg aangescherpt. In het Nederlandse Nieuwegein liep ze de afstand in 14:36, twaalf seconden sneller dan de 14:48 die ze op 14 februari in Monaco liep.
