Meerkampster Noor Vidts stapt in het huwelijksbootje met judoka Jorre Verstraeten

"Officieel man en vrouw", klinkt het in een onderschrift bij een foto van de twee op Instagram. "Ik hou van jou."

De 29-jarige Vidts veroverde vorige zomer in de zevenkamp de bronzen medaille op het EK in Rome en op de Olympische Spelen in Parijs. In de vijfkamp pakte ze al twee wereldtitels indoor (2022 en 2024). De 27-jarige Verstraeten nam net als zijn kersverse wederhelft ook al twee keer deel aan de Spelen en heeft drie bronzen EK-medailles (2019, 2020 en 2022) in de gewichtsklasse tot 60 kilogram in zijn prijzenkast hangen.

BNXT League - Matteo Verstraete ruilt Oostende voor Bergen

Matteo Verstraete komt volgend seizoen uit voor basketbalclub Bergen. De Henegouwers maakten donderdag de komst van de 21-jarige guard (1m98) bekend. Verstraete maakt de overstap van kampioen Oostende, waar hij de jeugdopleiding doorliep en in 2022 zijn debuut op het hoogste niveau maakte.

Alassane Pléa s'est engagé jusqu'en 2028 avec le PSV Eindhoven, a annoncé jeudi le club champion des Pays-Bas. L'attaquant français de 32 ans quitte donc le Borussia Mönchengladbach après sept saisons.

Challenger Pro League - Lokeren s'offre les services du gardien néerlandais Tein Troost
