Uitzendrechten Belgisch voetbal - Pro League tevreden over deal tussen DAZN en Telenet

De deal gaat pas volledig van start vanaf seizoen 2026-27, maar abonnees van Telenet zullen de komende weken nog acht bepalende wedstrijden in de titelstrijd kunnen bekijken. De bekerfinale op 14 mei zal ook worden uitgezonden op Play.

Lorin Parys, CEO van de Pro League, is tevreden: "De overeenkomst tussen DAZN en Telenet is een mooie aftrap van de week. Onze fans krijgen meer mogelijkheden om ons voetbal te volgen en ons voetbal krijgt meer visibiliteit." Parys ziet dat ook supporters er wel bij zullen varen: "Het is heel goed nieuws voor de fans en onze clubs en dat maakt ons vanzelfsprekend erg blij; meer zichtbaarheid, meer beleving, meer fans."
