Forty-eight countries and three host nations: in short, the biggest football tournament ever, and therefore the perfect occasion to bet on the World Cup 2026 at Starsport. You can do that not only pre-match, but also live in the heat of the action, or with our special Red Devils bets. Our KSC licence and dedicated World Cup promotion make us the go-to home of Belgian fans for World Cup betting.
For the World Cup 2026, we offer a broad range of betting markets for every match. From the group stage, through the round of 32, round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals and ultimately the final itself. With 48 teams, there are more matches and therefore more opportunities than ever before.
With our pre-match bets, you can wager on, among other things:
Match winner (1X2)
Both teams to score
Total goals (over/under)
Handicap
Correct score
Cards
In addition, our outright markets give you the chance to bet on the long term on the World Cup 2026. Who wins the World Cup, who becomes top scorer, who is named player of the tournament and which countries reach the final? You place these bets before or during the tournament.
To show our pride for the Red Devils, you'll find separate markets. How far will they go, will they win their group and which Belgian will score?
Nothing comes close to the excitement of live betting during the 2026 football World Cup. You place pre-match bets before the opening whistle and live bets afterwards. Every goal, every card or dominant phase shifts the odds on live markets such as:
Next goal
Match winner
Which team scores next
Total goals
What's more, the format brings its own betting dynamic through special game situations. A team may push hard for a win or be content with a draw.
You can find all World Cup live bets on mobile from the stadium, the pub or your couch, so you don't miss a second.
Belgium are in Group G, alongside Egypt, Iran and New Zealand. Whoever wins the group could land a favourable run in the round of 32 and round of 16, followed by a possible quarter-final against Spain. Finishing second, on the other hand, could mean facing defending champions Argentina in the round of 16.
With us, you'll find specific markets for the Red Devils that add extra excitement to every match:
Are Belgium the best European nation?
Will they reach the quarter-final, semi-final or final?
Will De Bruyne provide the most assists?
These personalised markets make the World Cup 2026 even more compelling for Belgian supporters. We also offer Boosted Odds on selected winner markets concerning Belgium.
The outright on Belgium as World Cup winner is one of the most exciting long-term bets for fans. You place a winner outright before or early in the football World Cup.
The odds reflect Belgium's chances relative to the other participating nations. They therefore fluctuate as the current assessment of the squad selection, opponents and on-field performances shifts. Follow the odds with us closely, so you can bet on the World Cup winner at the right moment.
What does it take to win the World Cup 2026? In a tournament with 48 nations, teams play up to eight matches, so you're better off looking at countries with genuine depth in their squad, not just star players.
Equally important is experience in knockout rounds. Performing under pressure often weighs more heavily in outright bets than current form. The same applies to tactical flexibility, because coaches who can switch systems and player roles without losing team cohesion are more dangerous in a long tournament.
Finally, the schedule plays a major role. Those who study the full draw rather than just team quality often find more value in the outright markets.
The Golden Boot at the 2026 World Cup goes to the player who scores the most goals across all matches played. In the event of a tie, assists and minutes played serve as the tiebreakers.
You'll notice that a player from a country expected to go far, such as the leading striker of a finalist, has noticeably shorter odds. There's a reason for that. Keep an eye on the designated penalty taker, too, an underrated factor. And if you really want to dig deep, try to spot young talent. Particularly from the nations being tipped as favourites.
To start with, understand the group draw, which is different from a 32-nation format. At the 2026 football World Cup there are twelve groups of four. The top two plus the eight best third-placed teams advance. When qualification is already secure, key players may be rested on the bench.
Also keep an eye on the latest World Cup news and team news. Injuries, fatigue, suspensions and rotation all weigh on the odds. With live bets there's also momentum to consider. A team that scores first often shows greater defensive solidity afterwards.
Outrights on the football World Cup are like long-term investments that only pay out after eight matches. Place them early, when the odds are highest, before the draw is known. Finally, spread your budget across the 39 days and 104 matches.
Betting is only permitted for players aged 21 and over, set your limits and choose responsible play. Starsport is fully licensed by the Belgian Gaming Commission.
That depends on the group result and the subsequent opponents. If Belgium win Group G, a more favourable path is likely, with a possible quarter-final against Spain. As runners-up, our country could quickly run into defending champions Argentina. The squad has the quality to go far, but the schedule will be a deciding factor too.
Kane (England), Yamal (Spain), Mbappé (France) and Messi (Argentina) are among the favourites for the Golden Ball. The award generally goes to a player who carries his nation far during the World Cup. You'll find the current odds with us.
Yes. On selected markets, such as Red Devils bets or World Cup winner outrights, we offer Boosted Odds. Which ones you get changes throughout the tournament, so check regularly to see which odds are getting a boost.
