Rangers plukken coach Derek McInnes weg bij Hearts

De 54-jarige McIness tekende voor drie jaar bij de traditieclub uit Glasgow. Hij is een oud-speler van Rangers (tussen 1995 en 2000) en komt over van Hearts. Die ploeg leidde hij afgelopen seizoen met een record van 80 punten bijna naar de titel. Alleen Celtic (82 punten) hield The Jambos in extremis van het kampioenschap.

Rangers beëindigde het seizoen op een teleurstellende derde plaats, op 10 punten van aartsrivaal Celtic.

Derek McInnes nommé nouvel entraîneur des Rangers et de Nicolas Raskin

Les Rangers ont annoncé mercredi avoir trouvé leur nouvel entraîneur en la personne de Derek McInnes. Le technicien écossais de 54 ans s'est illustré cette saison en menant les Hearts à la deuxième place du championnat écossais en perdant le titre lors de la dernière journée face au Celtic.

Ligue 1 - L'entraîneur de Brest Eric Roy est décédé à 58 ans

L'entraîneur de Brest Eric Roy, âgé de 58 ans, est décédé des suites d'un cancer du pancréas, a annoncé mercredi sa famille sur le compte Instagram du défunt. "Depuis trois ans et demi, Papa se battait contre un cancer du pancréas. Pendant tout ce temps, il a continué à vivre avec une force qui nous impressionne encore", a écrit la famille de l'entraîneur.
